Mr. Jackson's motives for getting involved are purely political. He wants to leverage feeding Terri Schiavo into a case for feeding the hungry and housing the homeless and spark an interest in liberal causes among conservatives. While I may agree with his ultimate goals, I am disappointed that this man has used this tragedy for his own political purposes as did Delay and Frist.

Once again, this is a personal and private family matter. Any disputes should be resolved by the courts which are the only bodies capable of exercising objective and dispassionate examination of the facts. Mr. Jackson is only doing the family a terrible disserrvice for his own political agenda.
