I loved DOS!

I was a wizard at tuning memory on 286 and 386 non-standard clones. And developing clever work-arounds for software that would not run without lots of thought.

When we hit Pentiums and '95, I gave up trying to understand. It is like cars, they just got way too crowded and complicated to work on.

My hat is off to those who spend the effort to keep current.
