re: England and New Zealand do not have constitutions

"My big quarrel with our constitution is its reference to slavery. Yes, I know slavery was outlawed by the 13th amendment. However the Articles of the Constitution remain tainted by that national disgrace. IMHO, a new constitution should have been drafted after the Civil War and a clean break made from slavery."

I think Justice would have it, that all those Federal judges busy rewriting our constitution to be required to actually have to write our constitution- call it an amends for their arrogant misbehaviour.

AND why must I tell them to do this? Why I haven't they done it already? Why are they so damn lazy?
Chop. Chop.
Yes, do it on your own time. You old farts think you know so much about it; prove it!

And I want it see improved: 1000 words or less. And not in a manner as to require experts with skills in tea leave reading to "interpret it". And of course written so well that a vast majority Americans will naturally vote for it because it reflects the exact true intention of the present constitition.

Now, will this new constitition allow private citizens to own and operate nuclear weapons, tanks, and all other types miltary hardware? Or are firearms *REALLY* just for mostly for the sport of hunting defenseless animals, and the fun of target practice- gun ownership being mostly an old fashion quaint tradition- sort of like Christmas.
Or are the citizens still the source [being an instrument of God's unquestionable authority] of the nation's soveriegnity or is the soveriegnity *actually* the realm of Judges who of course are truely better trained and qualified to make these types of important decisions- and since we now of course know that God doesn't really exist, anyhow.
