I stated that their actions have consequences and have lead to a climate where the scrutiny and subsequent removal of bad apples from the system is far less frequent.

You seem very concerned with alleged 'slander' on an obscure BBS while seemingly remaining unconcerned about the many cases of 'inappropriate conduct' by folks entrusted with the care of children. Nice value system. Glad it's not mine.
