If I had the money of Bill Gates, I'd take the Everest helicopter design and scale it up with a bigger supercharger so it could carry significant payload to the top of Everest. Then on top of Everest, I'd build a concrete viewing platform with guard rails, two picnic tables, a BBQ fire place and a rest room with running water. At the edge of the viewing platform, I'd place a large metal tourist map like the ones at Yosemite and the Grand Canyon showing all the major geographical features of the Kathmandu Valley. On the map, I'd have an arrow pointing to the top of Mt. Everest with the caption "You are here". Near the viewing platform, I'd place a large sign with a greeting message written in English saying "Welcome to Everest Summit, Please don't litter, Have a nice day!".
