I like the idea of a cable tram
Run a cable tram to the top of Everest with pressurized cars. At the top, dock the cars to a pressurized hotel. The hotel could have a gift shop and a restaurant. Hotel guests could make use of a jacuzzi with a transparent pressure dome over it. There they could have the ultimate mountain climbing experience of relaxing in a jacuzzi on top of Mt. Everest with a view of the Kathmandu Valley.
