Adam has got it right

The Galileo Probe got to a 22 bar altitude where the ambient temperature is 427.7 deg. Kelvin. Below that altitude, temperature is believed to increase as a linear function of altitude. At an altitude where the pressure is 200 bar, the the ambient temperature is 800 deg. Kelvin. We know from in-situ measurements that Jupiter does not have oceans of water.
