Perhaps it was a priority of knowledge which wouldn't fair nicely with the moon people.
Oceans on Jupiter, Hmmm. Cool thought but I kind of doubt it because if there was then it would have a more dramatic effect on the bands of clouds/storms of Jupiter which seem to be regular. We can always count on the Red/Brown Spot if you know what I mean.
Too bad we have to wait so long.
