Oceans on Jupiter

"Oceans on Jupiter, Hmmm. Cool thought but I kind of doubt it because if there was then it would have a more dramatic effect on the bands of clouds/storms of Jupiter which seem to be regular. We can always count on the Red/Brown Spot if you know what I mean."

If the ocean were 500-1000 miles below the top cloud layers might it not have very little effect on what we see?
