At one time there was a lot of "happy talk" about Iran having a popular revolution against the mullahs or the Israelis launching a limited preemtive strike to take out the Iranian nuclear weapons capability. I wonder if the current planning is: Let the Iranians take out Tel Aviv and then make an example of the Iranians by nuking them flat? Maybe there is no alternative? IMHO, if they need to make a nuclear example out of someone then the North Koreans would make better candidates (the place is already a hopeless mess). Although the counter argument could be that an islamic theocracy is the only example that works with islamic fascists.

This is really nasty stuff. The Iranians are marching towards a cliff. I hate to think how many innocent people (young children and grandparents) who are going to die before this thing ends.
