"Grandpa Takes Me To The Moon" is still available from used book channels.
I picked up my copy a long time ago from a space convention. It was a beautiful book, but the concept of a very old man telling his grandchild what it was like back in the old days when people walked on the Moon made me so nostalgic and miserable and even angry, that I had tears dripping.
A great book for kids who aren't old enough to remember, though.
