There is the Soyuz and Klipper (by then). I doubt the CEV will be a regular visitor anyway.

One way to read this is Griffin is throwing the alt.space community a big bone here by saying "you guys take care of ISS."

One thing is certain: Griffin is not going to spend a penny for BoeLock to build another hanger queen.
