Hi Chris -

I told you earlier that Mazanek is far better able to answer your concerns than I am. I asked you at the start of this why you thought there was only one telescope involved. Note also that the nodes here are northern and southern, not east and west, as you have supposed.

Thanks for taking some time to actually read the proposal. There's more of it which is not available online, and you'll have to write to the Langley PAO to get a copy.
