Legally, Keith is probably right, and Robert certainly right not to waste time/money fighting it.

But, on a morning when news this big comes out, instead of doing interviews or writing articles, Keith is spending his time checking out HZ to see what we handful of dorks are posting?!? I gotta say that sounds like odd priorities, though again, right call made by Robert.
