Why not move them?

Take a look at a map. Gaza is a tiny piece of land, would it really be that hard to build housing units on the Egyptian side of the border and move them into? Pay off the unwilling with the billions we send Israel every year if they have to. 360 sq. km is not a big area to empty out.
