I'm not posting here saying "MEN TO MARS MEN TO MARS A PENNY SPENT ON CAPS IS A WASTE OF MONEY MEN TO MARS"

I dont think it's a good thing to spend money on YET.

Now - can you give me ONE reason why money should be spent on a man tended lunar observatory for NEO/Impact threat observations instead of observatories on earth or LEO / L1. I've only had to ask you 4 times so far.
