I think that Jimmy Carter is a disgrace to the USA and an embarrassment to the presidency. Specificly, what does Jimmah and the rest of the rocket scientist brigade propose that we do with un-uniformed combatents captured in the WOT? In previous wars, such persons were summarily executed by all sides. Here's another clue: the Geneva Convention prohibits 'trials' in civilian courts.
