This link shows the various plans that Hitler and Stalin had for Berlin and Moscow. The meglomania and hideous taste in architecture that these tyrants had was amazing. Stalin wanted to build this ridiculous structure that would have been the world's tallest building with a statue of Lenin on top of it that was bigger than the Statue of Liberty. This thing would have easily been the ugliest building on the planet.
