...I don't care what Iraqis thinks about health care. What I care about is that American casualties are as high as ever and aren't abating. The insurgency's capacity to creat chaos and havoc is increasing, not decreasing. You, on the otherhand, seem to me more concerned with Iraqi health insurance than with the loss of American lives.
