The actions being taken by the Democrats to fan the flames aren't any "conspiracy." The administration, Justice Department and the usual idiots like Sharpton, Jackson and the rest are doing them right out in the open. This is documented. Remember? Was in one of the links you wouldn't read.
Besides gaining minority votes, this crap distracts uninformed voters from unpleasant truths, like the fact that it's 13 times more likely a young black person will be murdered by another black person than a non-Hispanic white person.
Hell, if you go by statistics, the best thing a black family can do to protect their kids is move to a white neighborhood.
