Of course when you live with that much rain (and that many socialist Canadians), it's hard to see the bright side of anything. Complaining and griping comes naturally. Global warming will clearly be a good thing for the people in WA. It'll almost be like they moved to California. Perpetual vitamin D deficiency will be gone!
