Howzabout we privatize FEMA ?

And give the job to Wal-Mart? They seem to have the distribution system and the people to get the job done. CNN reported Wal-Mart had to close 120 stores because of this disaster. They also said that today all but 20 have been reopened. Like, wow!

I wonder what other governmental jobs we could do away with?
