I did spread the information around a bit, though, hoping somebody would peel the onion for us.
The end result of the investigation will point to the almost inevitiable chaos of an attempt to respond to a disaster covering an area the size of Britain. There will be blame to go around, and more kudos than you might expect right now.
There are so many hostile memes floating around right now, most of them wrong, and I hope it all comes out in the wash.
