Some items I think belong on a timeline
8/27 --- Gov of LA requests help.
8/29 --- Brown starts to line up some staff to help out, in 48 hours or so.
9/1 - FEMA's Brown telling CNN that things in NO are "doing reasonably well".
9/1 - Chertoff telling NPR that there has been a "more than adequate response".
9/2 - Bush in a press conference: "The results are not acceptable."
