I stated as much last week. All that rubble, all those homes under 10 feet of water, ships sunk, etc....incomprehensible almost.
If the levees were opened, or even one of them, COULD certain parts be left underwater?
The idea of cleanup and dispersal for several square miles under water seems useless.....to what? Rebuild again? With weak levees? To flood again? Lets look at Pensacola. Three in a row.
