And I've been reassured about the guy, despite his refusal to answer many questions. We won't know till we know, but my guesses should be more accurate and they aren't as gloomy as they were.

Raised and discussed fascinating topics, like Supreme Court review of Federal legislation (and a critique of said legislation). Directions for relative power of the Fed vs. states. Certainly abortion cases, and disabled/women's/etc. rights protections.

Wish the dark parts of his record were revealed fully, too. Though I appreciate the tactics behind limiting the amount of things that opponents can find (I have to make it through an occasional audit, myself - cardinal rule: DON'T VOLUNTEER ANYTHING NOT VERY SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED.)
