But probability means you have some other things going on here. Your insistence that George Bush and the WH are behind 9/11 is on the face of it absurd as if such a plot were ever uncovered it would mean the death penalty for such public officials.
If some Pentagon official ordered the deletion or erasure of documents, that too, may have been par for the course. However, it's entirely possible there was some form of sinister motive. However, if the employee suspected such sinister motives at the time - why did he/she comply and not attempt to contact a superior officer with his/her concerns?
As for possible sinister motives, Mohammed Atta is the link to the German connection with Al Qaeda. It's quite probable that network extended beyond his Hamburg cell and might implicate corporate ties to European firms or possibly even indicate infiltration into the German government. Mohammed Atta, according to reports transformed from a student into a fanatic while in Germany.
That is the portion of the picture Europe in no way wants the world to finish:
How can Germany be such a training/breeding ground for suicidal Islamic martyrs?
How big is the Al Qaeda community in Germany?
What companies did all these German Al Qaeda types work for?
Where are the common links?
Of what use, if any, is Al Qaeda to German interests?
In which case it would mean we may have foreign interests established at certain ranking levels making sure that the US does not put all the pieces together.
Europe is so inundated with Muslim groups at all levels that they are likely harboring half of the terrorist most wanted list at any time on their soil - possibly even Bin Laden. As we now know some of the most dangerous terrorists are bred/educated in Europe - not the Middle East. Look at what's going on in France now, uncontrolled hatred and violence from the Muslim communities and one suddenly sees how Euro-Muslims are some of the most violent and anti-western, because they feel isolated from the rest of the west.
And if terrabytes were deleted, it is also quite probable that Mohammed Atta's portion of those files was only a small percentage and the other names, places and companies in that file were the real targets of such erasure.
