Because our big money is righteous, and serves the needs of the people. Your big money is evil, and serves only narrow parochial interests.

And yes, unions represent working PEOPLE. Real people. Corporations do not. They represent investors, who generally are other corporations or funds or other abstract non-human entities that do no work, but just feed parasitically off the blood of real people who do real work. That's why we have corporations, Tom, that is their sole raison d'etre; to shield individual investors from the legal consequences of their crimes.
