I got so ticked off at the newscaster's hyperbabble during the Shuttle landing, I switched from Network news to the NASA channel. I wanted to hear what the astronauts and Ground Control were saying not some idiot with a microphone, a $1,000 haircut and a spiffy suit telling me what I could see for myself. Newscasters take the drama right out of drama. Sheesh.

During hurricanes, I wish they'd leave the cameras in place and ship the newscasters home.
