SF today is so crappy, that I had to write my own
2 treatments. And yes, one of them actually got looked at, but alas, no sale. It sure would be a lot of fun for me, much better than my current daily grind. The best one is WGA registered, if anyone wants to take a look.
But then, who knows what the future holds? These people are clearly intellectually bankrupt, in serious need of a little intellectual working capital.
The comments here are a clear sign of the tremendous demand for some kind of escapist fare, and this particular meal was clearly less then satisfying.
Aside from William Gibson, is anyone else close? But then few use written material for escape now-a-days.
I suppose that after nueromancer, the movie, we'll see a lot of derivative product on television.
