Since Fox answered you, it is his call but I can see the difficulty in moving a low quality post to MA's domain. I am not sure it deserves the dignity of being called off topic.

Since it is not inflamatory enough to justify deletion and embarrasses only on the writer, maybe the best thing is to let it fade below the line.
