If people walking down a street provokes someone, who does that reflect badly on?
The fact they went on a rampage over a march that never occurred is even worse, but then again I don't buy that excuse for their savage behavior. Instead of people trying to make excuses for them, maybe they should be held accountable for their own actions. The neos didn't do anything wrong, it was the bruthas and sistas that looted and burned.
