Doesn't anyone remember our foray into Iraq for that first 24 hr. photo op? We GOT Sadam's Republican Guard to step down by paying them off, while our tanks rolled in. (There were between 65,000 and 70,000 of them).
Now they're coming back to bite us. Thing is, you can't just pay off your enemies. They're just bringing it on, as expected.
