The last time I worked in Philly (call it 15 years ago), the downtown ballpark was already a hot topic. Besides the trainyard on the Schuylkill, bordering UPenn's Franklin Field and the P.O., they were kicking around the intersection of Broad and Spring Garden -- near where I was working.
Then I moved away. It wasn't until this year that I even knew the Phils weren't still playing at the Vet!
