I know a little something about Photoshop, and so do some of the people who wrote to Malkin about it. IMO, no way that was an accident, although having the photo find its way to the website might have been.

If you look at the two shots, it's unlikely that any global operation was done at all, never mind one that resulted in cat eyes. But apparently, it's been corrected now, with an explanation. So there it is.
