There are indeed Apollo mission events for which no video nor pictures exist!
For instance: no inside video nor inside pictures at lift off from Earth (or the Moon) (only ASTP had a video at launch).
No video inside the LM while on the Moon (a real pitty; we don't know what it is to live under 1/6th of a G in a pressurized place).
No inside video nor pictures for lunar landing or Earth re-entry.

While it was understandable for the first landings, didn't anybody notice those lacking shots before the end of the program ?
The ASTP inside video shots were not inspired by the lack of them in previous Apollo flights but by the Soviets who did produce those images from inside their capsule.
