I started out my post by saying that they dont HAVE to win them all, just a few to establish prescedent... and since they have the president on their side loading up the courts with like minded individuals they will win BIG...

When I found that example last night we were in the middle of a long exposure on some object that was certainly more than 6000 light years away... quite possibly more than 4 billion light years away... this isnt about 'non-PC' beliefs, it is about nonsense religion being taught in our schools as scientific fact. The religious right wing is making a joke of our country. This is not an issue in other first world nations! These lunatics have been given power because the right wing panders to them and placates them.... hmmm that sounds familiar...
The islamic nations did the same for their fundamentalists, didn't they?
