Two different types of liars
You have one lying to get what he wants for he and his friends, stealing money, invading countries, hiding illegal dealings, clamping down on an ever-increasing distrusting public, throwing in revenge, intimidation, and extortion, going after his political enemies.....
And you have a guy who lies to everyone about an embarrassing event about a blowjob behind closed doors.
