The factory in the Sudan was bombed due to a portable Mass Spectrometer registering a false positive for something nasty. The president then presumably followed the recomendations of his WMD inspectors.
Compare that to the president listening to no inspectors about the complete lack of WMD in Iraq, and going with his divine relevation as proof enough to invade. Hmm, then what happened...oh right, the satanic Yeti ate all of the WMDs.
