fuck you too, you loupy bastard. look, enyo, if you don't want insults then don't make them. As far as me being a big blow hard with nothing to say, insults from you GDFMNs are a lot like compliments.
I can see why the suits pay the big money to the tracking services. I used Thomas at loc instead of congress.gov, and the 101 comes from their indexing. My apologies for that mistake, but I suppose its not as bad as confusing "lunar" for "martian" in legislation. Nor is it as bad as confusing senate passage with congressional passage in reportage, and it had been reported that the Senate had passed the NASA budget as though that was final passage, with no indication that the bills had not been reconciled.
I'm glad to learn that is not the case, as it still leaves time to get the wording of the Brown ammendment adopted intact. From the Senate language, its obvious to me that NASA management has not pissed off any of the Senators as much as they have the Representatives with their miserable performance in dealing with the impact hazard. Its really nice to learn that the bills have not been reconciled, as NASA mangement appears to be perfectly capable of doing this in the remaining time.

Your problem is a whole lot bigger than that
