You can't multiply Megawatts by tons. That's like multiplying horsepower by grams. It is meaningless.
And if 436 reactors each generate 30 tons of waste, then the total waste is 13,080 tons, not eleven million plus.
The energy theoretically available in a ton of waste is much, much less than the energy that is available in a ton of uranium. That's why its called waste, it no longer has much energy left in it.
