The experiment was done by about a dozen people, all major researchers. They DREW up and agreed upon this design the night before, then meditated on the symbol hoping to make telepathic contact with the energies behind the crop circles. THAT exact pattern appeared in a field less than half a mile away the very next morning.

They considered it a success.
Also when Dr. Greer was moving from North Carolina to Virginia, a crop circle showed up in his realtors yard, shortly after they met.

As for the comment of what "people saw", it happens to be an eye-witness account and those people may have been hallucinating or using their imaginations for creative escape. However, I agree with Steve Moreno that Greer's apparent interpretation of what happened there was completely out of line. Thinking it is one thing, stating it or being quoted on it is another.
But have you read any other books by supposed psychics or "remote viewers"? They are pretty far out too.
