The former presidents were forced into the wars (otherwise Hitler would have been able to bomb the US, for instance) , but president GW Bush chose to go to war.
It's enourmously different, especially in terms of the responsability, reasons for it and in the historical sense.
I do wonder if GWB knew exactly what he was doing when he started it.
