kook. He is one of those who listened to the USSR's nukes misinformation campaign here in the USA in the 60s-80s and believed in the pure evil of the power companies and the government.
The anti-nuke crowd will make insane claims of dangers from PU-238 and how if turned to an aerosol in the atmosphere it would kill every human on Earth. This while neglecting to mention PU is already in the atmosphere in larger quantities than a RTG would provide. But, RTGs are carefully design to prevent dust forming if there was a launch accident. The PU is in a ceramic form. What would happen to a coffee cup if it was in a launch explosion folks? Would it turn to dust or break into chunks and be flung all over. The latter of course! The dispersing of chunks of PU-238 is not ideal but also not as big a deal as they make it out to be.
