Making Antartica warmer does not make it habitable in an Innuit way.

We don't have legal authority to send American settlers to Antarctica.

Probably could think of some more reasons why this is silly without trouble. Anyway, I think Scott was talking out of his nether orofice. If he's not taking himself seriously, why the heck are you?
