No, but...
Funny thing: The first time I toured DC from above, the Capitol Building was pixellated, but nothing else on or near the Mall was. Neither was the Pentagon, across the river.
Next time I checked, a week or so later, the Capitol was as clear as the rest of the scenery. Go figure.
