If these "new fullerine materials" actually existed as products in multi-gramme quantities, you might be OK there, but so far this is still science fiction.
You might as well discuss hollowing-out an asteroid and storing gigatonnes of LH2 in that - it's equally unfeasible right now but potentially possib le in the mid-term to distant future...
