Since the New Scientist article, my Wikipedia page on Heim was translated into 6 languages, including Russian!.
And on physics forums, some fairly intelligent discussion has been on-going. One of the participants in
http://forum.physorg.com/index.php?act=ST&f=16&t=4385&st=90#entry58185
has even programmed up the mass formula in Java - and put it on what looks like a Danish web site.
