Depends upon your interpretation of the word "dictator".
What may look like a "dictator" to George Bush, could actually be a leader or even a democratically elected leader such as Chavez, whom we tried to overthrow awhile back.
Who.....US?
Hell yeah, let's not go pointing fingers at me, let's listen to George W. Bush in his own words"
>"If this was a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so I'm the dictator."
Or how about this?
>"From 1945 to 2005, the United States attempted to overthrow 50 governments, many of them democracies, and to crush 30 popular movements fighting tyrannical regimes. In the process, 25 countries were bombed, causing the loss of several million lives and the despair of millions more."
(Thanks to William Blum's Rogue State, Common Courage Press, 2005).
Now you tell me, what astonishes you MORE?
