I was reading your results and trying to puzzle out the groupings, since the line breaks were lost in translation. Then I relaxed and just read the text, and it does almost seem to make sense, right at the edge of comprehension. Add some arbitrary punctuation and you've got a sort of anagram poetry*:
EARLIEST TRUE LITERATE.
USER AERIE: TURTLES!
AUSTERE TILER, ESTATE RULER,
I ARIES TEL TRUE!
IRATE ERE LUST,
IRATE TEL USER.
ALE ERE I STRUT.
ALE URETER SI;
REAL TRITE!
USE LASER,
TIE TRUE.
SEAL TIRE,
TRUE TESLA!
IRE TRUE STEAL,
ERE I RUT...
SALUTE RETIRE,
LATE TIRE!
SUER TEAL!
TIRE USER TALE,
SIRE TRUE!
ALEUT RETIRES RARE EEL.
TITUS, ASTUTE RELIER,
TRIAL TEE.
USER RAULS TREE TIE!
SEE RAUL RE TIT.
